Return Policy for Sabana Swim

At Sabana Swim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return policy

Please read carefully

1. Return Period:

   - Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

2. Condition of Items:

   - Swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be rejected

3. Return Process:

   - To start a return, contact our customer service at info@sabanaswim.com with your order number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

4. Return Shipping:

   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

International Orders & Import Duties

For all international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, as these charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control.

Import duties apply each time a package enters or re-enters a country, including but not limited to returns, exchanges, refused deliveries, or re-shipments.

If an additional shipment or re-entry occurs due to a mistake made by our brand, the brand will cover the associated import duties. However, if the shipment is returned, exchanged, or re-entered for reasons not caused by a brand error, all import duties—no matter how many times they are charged—remain the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds:

   - Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Final Sale:

   - Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged
